To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIR and BMN disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services offered by any Partner or Preferred Supplier and your use thereof. CIR and BMN is not responsible for content or information that any of the Partners or Preferred Suppliers share in conjunction with this website, or relating to any relationship that you may engage with them in the future, and is also not responsible for any damages that result from your use of, or reliance on, such content and information provided by said Partners or Preferred Suppliers, and you expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIR and BMN, its directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, successors and assigns for any and all damages, including third party claims, that result pursuant to your relationship with any Partners or Preferred Suppliers. You agree that any decision or choice you are making to use the services of the Preferred Suppliers or Partners is your sole responsibility and CIR and BMN has no liability with respect to this decision. You hereby indemnify and expressly waive the right to any action or claim against CIR or BMN, its directors, officers, agents, consultants, successors or assigns with respect to this decision. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate contract, you acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between CIR or BMN and any Partner or Preferred Supplier as a result of your use of a Partner or Preferred Supplier’s services. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PORTIONS OF THIS WEBSITE OPEN TO VISITORS, YOU REPRESENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
